This is an excelllent urn. Really like the 2 modes for boil and keep warm. Water gets up to 200 degrees, which is great! Also like her flat bottom, easier to clean. One small issue is the switches should be marked. People get confused which one is for boil and for keep warm. But, great product so far. We use it every Shabbos.

Very happy with it. Used it for a month on Shabat. It keeps the water very hot . Easy to use. And just the right size for us.

I am happy with this urn so far. It has two switches, one of which heats up the water pretty quickly and the other one is left on to keep it the water warm. I accidentally left the 2nd switch up for too long and it almost boiled out, so make sure you are attentive when you are heating up the water. If I don't need the water right away, it will heat up eventually from just the one switch. I bought this to replace the 2nd or 3rd Chefman Shabbos urn that I had bought which would last maybe a year without having some issue. Our most recent Chefman just stopped heating the water past lukewarm. The one before that kept leaking water out of the spigot. It seems the pump version of urns are flimsier and more prone to having problems. I purchased this GForce urn because it was advertised as a Shabbat Urn and we need something that is permissible to use on the Sabbath. I'm not exactly sure what about it makes it Shabbos-friendly. I just leave the one switch on to keep the water warm and there's a cover over the switch. That must be why it's okay, kind of like putting something over the knob on the cholent pot - probably makes it considered "katum". Anyway, so far I like it and it is holding up. I really hope I won't have to replace it for a long time.

Great urn keeps water very hot
